During a TBM session,

you will be guided to breathe in a specific pattern that activates the body's natural healing mechanism. Our 1:1 Breathwork sessions are tailored to meet your individual needs and goals. You will be guided by Samantha, an experienced facilitator who will create a safe and supportive space for you to dive deep into your breath and explore the depths of your inner world. We offer the option to combine Breathwork with other healing modalities such as Reiki and Sound Healing, enhancing the transformative experience and promoting a holistic approach to healing.
