In Reiki 1 you will learn about the history of the Usui system & how Reiki heals. You will learn more about energy & chakras, how to use the first sacred symbol of Reiki 1, how to cleanse your house/workplace of negative energy & the procedure for giving Reiki treatments to yourself & others. You will be learning in an intimate group setting of up for 4 people max.
